Sony Rewards could be a good idea for those who have no money but are trophy hunters.
Sony pulled out an interesting initiative: you can convert your PlayStation trophies into money. Or PlayStation Network credits, to be more exact. There’s a backside to the idea: you will have to start from scratch, as you can’t just „sell” your already earned collection. For one hundred silver trophies, you get one hundred points, for twenty-five gold, you receive two hundred and fifty points, and for ten platinums, you earn a thousand points. In short: one thousand credits equal ten dollars, so technically, you get a dollar for a platinum trophy, and you can spend it in the PlayStation Store on anything you want.
Unfortunately, the offer is only active in the United States at the moment – you can sign up here. When will Sony extend the initiative to Europe?
