Ubisoft‘s game was a step ahead of us all along…
In case you already have Assassin’s Creed: Origins, you might have found something interesting in the Great Pyramid. It has two antechambers, full of riches – and the French company managed to get that three-point throw! The discovery, which was detailed by the Nature magazine. Fortunately, the excerpt details the important part for us.
Cosmic-ray muon radiography was used to image The Great Pyramid, which can be found on the Giza Plateau, and it seems a „large void” was discovered just above the Grand Gallery. This is the first major inner structure found in the Great Pyramid since the 19th century! How is this related to Ubisoft?
According to Kotaku, they consulted with Jean-Pierre Houdin, an architect, during the game’s development. He has been a long-time believer of said space. Ubisoft believed in him, and voila: the game had the room before it was discovered!
Coincidence or not, Ubisoft pulled something good out of its hat for once…
