The next batch of Battlefield 1 content’s initial launch day showed up, then quickly disappeared – as usual, that’s too late, Electronic Arts!
On Battlefield 1‘s website, the Turning Tides DLC‘s early access date showed up for a bit, but it’s now gone. MP1st screen capped the date for us, though.
The site says that those who own the game’s Premium Pass (or the Revolution release of Battlefield 1) will be capable of playing the Turning Tides DLC and its contents from December 11, and as they tend to get a two-week advantage, it means everyone else could acquire the DLC from December 25. Launching new content during Christmas? That’s risky.
Electronic Arts confirmed at E3 that the Turning Tides expansion would be available from December, and this (prematurely listed?) date fits into the month without a doubt. At least this game is still being supported, even though Star Wars: Battlefront II launched this week.
