WipEout Omega Collection will get an update in early 2018, which will allow you to use the PlayStation VR in all game modes (and online, too). It will also get three ships that will allow the players to use it internally with tech such as head tracking. First-person futuristic racing.
ROM: Extraction’s developer, First Contract Entertainment revealed a PlayStation VR-exclusive, multiplayer FPS game, Firewall: Zero Hour. Our goal is to obtain a laptop as an attacker and to protect it as a defender, respectively. It looks like a Rainbow Six game. It’s out next year.
Owlchemy Labs attacks with another game after Job Simulator. Rick & Morty: Virtual Rick-ality is just as bizarrely humored as the series, and its PlayStation VR port will arrive next year. It’s already available on HTC Vive and Oculus Rift.
Two more things, unrelated to the PSX. On Facebook, Red Barrels, the developers of Outlast, have expressed that they’ll eventually work on Outlast 3, but now, they are making a „distinct experience set in the Outlast universe.” That statement sounds like a VR-game.
At The Game Awards, two VR games got announced. One of them is Vacation Simulator (no, that’s not a joke), and the other one is Accounting+, handled by Crows Crows Crows (Stanley Parable) and Squanch Games. Job Simulator, with Rick & Morty humor? The latter game already has a release date on the PSVR: December 19.
