Final Fantasy XV Showed Up In Assassin’s Creed: Origins! [VIDEO]

Square Enix teamed up with Ubisoft. Attention, the following post will contain SPOILERS – read further at your risk!

So, Bayek has the opportunity to get unique items (which are, in several ways, not from his world) in Assassin’s Creed: Origins. To get them, you’ll have to be level 23, and then find the mission called A Gift from the Gods. It’s a short puzzle, which will be followed by a cutscene: Ardyn Izunia from Final Fantasy XV will show up for a bit, only to disappear due to Bahamt. You’ll get a few items after the cutscene: a sword, a shield, and a mount…

…and these are from Square Enix‘ JRPG. Mostly. We don’t understand how the Chocobo has four legs when it is supposed to have just two. Come on, Ubisoft – this flaw somewhat ruins the fun at the end of the mission.

At least we see some collaboration between two big publishers and their franchises.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
