Sony didn’t just make a basic video for the remodeled Gold Wireless Headset.
Yes, the trailer focuses on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR – it’s already a change from the past, as the first headset’s trailer featured the PlayStation Vita and the PS4 (but back then, we had no PSVR, mind you), so the headset is now left behind.
That’s not all: multiple games are getting shown on the screen, too – Spider-Man, Monster Hunter: World, God of War, but one of the upcoming major PlayStation VR titles, Bravo Team, also shows up for a few seconds. The headset also gets described, too: it has more comfortable over-ear cushions than its predecessor, as well as augmented mics, 7.1 virtual surround sound, plus audio modes to fine tune the audio experience on select games on PlayStation 4. There’s also a 3.5 mm jack to allow you to use the headset with the PlayStation VR.
The United States already got the Gold Wireless Headset for 100 dollars. Regarding Europe, we have no information at the moment. It should cost 100 euros when it launches here.
