Sony and Quantic Dream introduced all three protagonists in detail.
The new information originates from the PlayStation Blog with a short but sweet thought: three protagonists, one story. Indeed, David Cage‘s next game inspects the conflicts between humans and androids this way.
Connor is a prototype (codenamed RK800), created by CyberLife. His initial goal is to help the human detectives, and his social module helps him to be integrated into any team. Real-time molecular analyzer, a sophisticated simulator to recreate any past events – Connor knows it all, and he was sent to team up with a detective that hates androids. Thus, Connor, with the help of his psychology module, has to make himself acceptable in the eyes of lieutenant Hank Anderson.
Markus (codenamed RK200) is an old, legless, but successful painter, Carl Manfred’s caretaker. Carl, over time, grew to treat the android as his son (while also learning a lot about the music and literature – in short, he is getting into the culture), which isn’t liked by his real son, Leo. Markus goes from a caretaker of an old man to a leader in the android revolution. Will he be violent or a pacifist?
Kara (AX400) is another CyberLife creation: she is an average household android, capable of speaking over 300 languages and making over 9000 dishes (insert Dragon Ball Z joke here…), and she is also good at babysitting. She’s owned by a former taxi driver, Todd Williams, who is strange and unpredictable. We previously have seen him attacking her daughter, Alice – Kara, and Alice escapes into a disjointed world which is falling apart.
Detroit: Become Human will launch on May 25, exclusively on PlayStation 4.
