Prey 2 never came to fruition… but we can see some new details of it.
Prey’s sequel was announced by Bethesda at E3 2011 (and we put the trailer from there below, too) – the sequel of the 2006 shooter seemed to be hopeful… but it ended up canceled, and eventually, Arkane created the new Prey game, called… Prey.
Andrew Borman, the curator of Museum Of Play, published a fifty-one-second gameplay video of Prey 2’s prototype on Twitter. We’d like to describe it in just one sentence: the canceled Prey sequel offered a lot of neon and a sci-fi touch!
Sometimes, it feels bad to see canceled games in action. This time, it’s no different. What if Human Head Studios (who also made the first Prey, which skipped the PlayStation 3 – it came out on Xbox 360, PC, Mac, and Linux) got the green light to make this game?
