Several points direct to it.
PlayStationLifeStyle gathered a few things that Ubisoft dropped about Watch Dogs 3, which could be then announced at E3. The first one is amongst the April Fools’ pranks – Ubisoft modified uPlay so that users could „hack in” and access a list of unreleased (and unreadable) games.
PlayStationUniverse added that Watch Dogs‘ Twitter account published a tweet that got deleted. It said, „This is everything.”
Ubicentral‘s video adds that Sam, Ubisoft‘s mobile app’s assistant (something like Siri) said the following: „Watch Dogs 3 is not finished yet, but from the last early build I tried it’s very solid. The Dev team works wonders! Can’t wait for you to try it!”
PCGamer only got the following response: „You’d think that I’d know what was brewing in the Watchdogs universe with my DedSec contacts, but I haven’t heard a blip from them about a sequel. I’ll let you know if I get new info on this.”
Here’s our prediction: an announcement at E3, followed by either an Autumn 2018 or early 2019 release. After all, the first game launched in May 2014, followed by the sequel in Autumn 2016…
