Sony already announced a few details about this year’s E3 conference.
In the latest PlayStation Blogcast, Shawn Layden, SIE Worldwide Studios’ chairman, announced that Sony’s E3 conference would start on June 12, at 6 PM Pacific. In it, they will have „deep dives” into four games, namely Death Stranding (Kojima Productions), Ghost of Tsushima (Sucker Punch), Spider-Man (Insomniac Games), and The Last of Us Part II (Naughty Dog).
Layden also said that there would be no new details about new hardware (which means it’s too early to talk about the PlayStation 5, and we should forget about the Vita’s successor, too…), but there will be third-party announcements as well as indie games during their show. However, the main portion of the conference will be reserved for the four aforementioned PlayStation 4-exclusives.
So we’re not hoping for major surprises during the Japanese’s company’s E3 program – they are noticeably focusing towards the next console generation at this point…
