Sony replied to the comments that started out with them selling a pink Overwatch Mercy skin.
We don’t want to go into the subject in detail again, but on the UK and the Hungarian PlayStation Store, we still see that Sony doesn’t give the entire value of the product to Blizzard, who will hand over the cash to Breast Cancer Research coming in from the pink Mercy skin (and T-shirt).
On the American PlayStation Store, we see that „Blizzard Entertainment will donate 100% of the proceeds that it receives from Sony PlayStation.” Here, we see that 78% of the price will be forwarded to Blizzard. When VG247 asked Sony if the difference is just the VAT, they did not reply. They just issued a short statement: „We are not making any profit from sales of the Overwatch Pink Mercy Skin.”
It’s still a somewhat suspicious reply, and it still doesn’t explain the difference in the description on the US and the UK PlayStation Store. At least they were clear about the money on our continent.

Pretty disgraceful from Sony. Taking a 22% cut from each purchase of Overwatch’s Mercy Breast Cancer Research charity skin. 100% goes to charity on Xbox and PC. Games media needs to report this. pic.twitter.com/ZCIiHgKcpy
