No, it’s not the writing that’s on the wall but Spider-Man himself.
Don’t think about anything with a negative connotation – now we’re in the pre-E3 weeks of marketing hype, and Sony doesn’t want to stay out of the advertisement overload either. The company picked Spider-Man as their flagship game. Here’s a photo of the building wall painting in progress:
And here’s the completed version, published by Insomniac Games, the developers of Spider-Man:

Two years ago, we had Horizon: Zero Dawn, and last year, we had God of War for Sony’s „leader” game. This year, it’s likely going to be Peter Parker in his superhero costume, which is taken from the box art. (And that’s not a stupid idea.) Los Angeles is preparing for the E3, which means Nintendo, Sony, and even Microsoft might be preparing advertisements around the city.
E3 will be held between June 12 and 14 (but the press conferences, or, in other words, the wrist killing slavery writing, will be held before those days), and Spider-Man will launch on September 7, exclusively on PlayStation 4.
(Interesting tidbit: during an E3 video, we had Kratos tell Atreus to be better… and now Spider-Man has a Be Greater text under him.)
