The Polish developers talked a bit more about their next game on Twitter.
Via this social medium, we learned that our protagonist, whose name will be V, will have several attributes (such as strength), and you could improve these by levelling up or by installing body cyberware. Skills improve by successfully performing these actions (such as hacking, crafting, or using short/long guns, for example), and you gain perks with XP or with street credentials. These ideas mostly follow the original Cyberpunk 2020 pen-and-paper RPG‘s rules.
CD Projekt RED also confirmed that on top of the already known languages (English, Polish, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Portuguese), Cyberpunk 2077 expanded its repertoire with three more (Arabic, Czech, and Hungarian), and it might be getting more language support as their list isn’t final yet.
Cyberpunk 2077 has no release date, and it’s likely that it could be a cross-gen title – aside from the usual PlayStation 4/Xbox One/PC trio, it could also arrive on the next-gen hardware as well.

Also Hungarian, Czech and Arabic (subtitles). However, the list is not final yet, so additional languages might be supported at launch.
