We also have a few new details about the game as well.
Telltale‘s The Walking Dead is close to ending – the final season’s first episode is just a couple of days away from its release, and the finale is bringing along a few changes. Improved visuals, new characters, and new game mechanics all enter the fray, but Clementine takes the helm. She grew up from an adorable little girl into a gritty, relentless survivor, throughout the four seasons.
Until now, the demo, featuring the game’s first few scenes, was exclusive to the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One, but we can now get it on Steam, too, although we’re just a long weekend away from the first episode, so we’ll skip the offer at this point.
The Walking Dead: The Final Season is starting on August 14 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC… and on the Nintendo Switch, too! Telltale announced on Twitter that the Switch is also getting the first episode digitally in North America on the 14th, but Europe will have to wait until it arrives on the eShop „later this month.”
