If you own the base game, you can expand it to the full version – and you don’t even have to do much to get it.
Electronic Arts and DICE made the Battlefield 1-owners possible to acquire its Premium Pass, allowing them to play missions, characters, and vehicles that previously were behind a paywall for them. The Premium Pass will remain yours as long as you acquire it in this deal – the publisher will not take it away from you.
On Xbox One and PC (on Origin), the Premium Pass is already free to download, but the PlayStation Store might need a few hours to remove its 50-dollar price tag. Don’t worry: it will be free on PlayStation 4 as well! If you play Battlefield 1 in October, you’ll get unique weapon skins, Dog Tags, as well as items in Battlefield V. The free deal is active until October 31, and until that day, you can get the freebies by completing the daily tasks.
This deal is meant to get us excited for Battlefield V, which was delayed from October to November 20, when it will launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
