PlayStation Plus: The Final List For This Year Has Been Leaked…?!

PlayStation Plus and leaks have become inseparable terminologies, which raises a few questions (such as how Sony can’t keep the list of free games for subscribers secret before the official announcement).

In recent months, there’s been no exception: Sony is simply late in announcing PlayStation Plus games, even though it’s always on the Wednesday before the first Tuesday of the new month (which is why the December list will be revealed on December 1…), except for the State of Play. Someone in the company is leaking because it deserves an investigation if we keep getting the proper list (sometimes partially).

As usual, it was billbil-kun on the French Dealabson who listed the final PlayStation Plus offerings for 2021. According to him, the three games will be Godfall: Challenger Edition for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, while LEGO DC Super-Villains and Mortal Shell will be coming to PlayStation 4 owners, although Mortal Shell may be a different game for each region, the leaker claims. This version of Godfall hasn’t even been heard of yet: it’s likely to be an expanded Game of the Year Edition version, which might just be one of the “launch into Plus” titles on December 7 (when it’s supposed to be released).

All this is not official yet, but the leak seems credible so far. In the meantime, here’s a look at the November games that are still available for nearly two weeks. Knockout City for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 is free for PlayStation Plus subscribers, as is First Class Trouble. For PlayStation 4 only, Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning has been added to the list. There are also PlayStation VR games, including The Persistence, The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners – Standard Edition and Until You Fall. The PSVR titles are also free throughout December, as they will be part of the offer until January 3.
