The fearsome Clawstrider, and even Aloy himself, have taken to the streets of Madrid, Florence and Sydney to promote Horizon Forbidden West.
The day before yesterday, Horizon Forbidden West finally arrived, which is a great joy for Aloy fans and open-world adventure game fans in general. The program is a breakthrough in several open-world features, with which Guerrilla Games wants to push some of the boundaries of this popular style of the video game.
The launch has been hailed by many, both from PlayStation and from major studios in the games industry. Naughty Dog, Ubisoft and Sucker Punch have all shared beautiful illustrations to welcome Aloy’s new adventure. But it wasn’t just the internet that was celebrating: in the streets of cities worldwide, life-size statues of the Clawstrider, one of the game’s deadly machines, were erected.
Giant Clawstrider statues have appeared on the streets of cities around the world!
We’ve seen them in cities all over the world, and they’re not the only ones to have arrived. At their pedestals, you’ll find a code from the PlayStation Treat Codes programme, which could win you a PS5. The company has announced that between the 15th and 28th of this month, there will be a variety of codes in various locations to enter the Horizon Forbidden West promotion until the 7th of March.
To participate, you will need to register with your PlayStation Network ID. Once you have found the new codes, you will be able to solve a question in the mission that corresponds to the code, and if you answer the question, you will be rewarded with a PS5. With each code, you get a chance to participate and win a PS5.
Alongside the machine statues, PlayStation Italy has also created a fantastic sculpture of Aloy in Florence to celebrate the launch of Horizon Forbidden West. Among the exciting features of the artwork, we discovered that this statue has already been seen in the trailer promoting the latest PS5 games, Play Has No Limits. The video is famous for hiding many hints about the future of PlayStation.
