Marvel’s Spider-Man: We Can Now Have The Symbiote Suit! [VIDEO]

Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered is now available on PC, and players are wasting no time in making mods – here’s one of the first to add the symbiote suit to the game.

Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered has only been available on PC for a few days, but given how long gamers have been waiting for the game to launch on the platform, it’s no surprise that mods have already been released. One of the first mods to be uploaded online is a big one, as Marvel’s Spider-Man players finally get their hands on the symbiote suit.

While there are plenty of niche and popular costumes for the wall-crawler in the original Marvel’s Spider-Man, one costume that Insomniac Games didn’t want to add was the black suit.

This is probably because he will play a significant role in the plot of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, and it will probably be an important moment for Insomniac Games when Peter gets the costume. Rumour has it that gamers may even be able to see multiple versions of the symbiote costume in the game through black versions of each suit.

While it’s not yet known if the Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 symbiote rumours are true, players on PC can already use the popular costume by downloading a mod. The symbiote costume in question was uploaded to Nexus Mods by a user named jedijosh920, who also posted a video of the ensemble in action. The mod even swaps out Peter’s default outfit for a suit and tie, a fun nod to the much-mocked Spider-Man 3.

As previous mockups have shown, the Advanced Suit certainly looks good in black, so it’s assumed that the official Insomniac version of the costume will be a colour swap for Peter’s main suit.

With the 2023 release of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 not too far away, it’s possible that PS5 owners could soon have their hands on an official symbiote suit. For now, however, players who want to use the black suit in Insomniac’s series will need a PC.
