[ND] Resident Evil Flooding Nintendo Switch – Classic Titles Coming! [VIDEO]

Nintendo’s strategy also includes the release of Resident Evil 2 and 3 remakes.

During the recent Nintendo Direct, one of the Japanese company’s many announcements hinted at the arrival of several Resident Evil games on Nintendo Switch, including survival horror remakes of Resident Evil 2 and 3, as well as cloud versions of RE 7 and Village.

The cloud version of RE 8: Village will be released for Nintendo Switch on October 28.

Starting with the next project on time, Nintendo confirmed at an event the October 28 release of Resident Evil 8: Village, which will be accompanied by a Winters Expansion coming December 2. In addition, the Big N is also inviting us to experience the “cloud version” via a demo, which is available to download now from the eShop.

What else can we expect from Capcom and Nintendo’s collaboration? It looks like Nintendo Switch users will be able to enjoy the cloud versions of the remakes of RE 7, 2 and 3 in 2022. While Nintendo Direct didn’t specify a release date for these projects, the company says they will be available sometime this year.

Leaving aside the Resident Evil saga, it’s important to note that this Nintendo Direct also shared news about other franchises that gamers love. We’re talking about surprises such as a brief preview of Pikmin 4, previously unreleased gameplay of Bayonetta 3, or a trailer for the new Zelda, which has already been given an official title.
