Timothée Chalamet Fans Stormed The Premiere Of Bones And All! [VIDEO]

MOVIE NEWS – Timothée Chalamet’s fans then challenged the organisers to cancel the Milan premiere screening of the red carpet premiere of Bones and All.

Fans were hoping to see Timothée Chalamet on the red carpet of the Bones and All premiere in Milan. However, it seems that too many people turned up. According to Variety, the film’s red carpet was cancelled at the event as the actor’s fans turned out in droves. As this was reminiscent of “Beatle-mania”, authorities soon became concerned that they would not be able to cope with such a large crowd. This could potentially put Chalamet’s safety at risk. They then decided to cancel the red carpet, which certainly disappointed the large groups outside. However, the screening still went ahead as planned.

The footage was also released, showing a glimpse of the fans surrounding the building. Although the crowd was not boisterous, the sheer number of people seemed to be the reason for the decision to cancel.

The film previously had its world premiere at the Venice International Film Festival in September, where it won the Silver Lion for Best Director. At that premiere, Chalamet was greeted by a similarly large crowd of fans. But there was no lockdown there, perhaps due to security measures and differences between venues.

Chalamet worked under Luca Guadagnino

Luca Guadagnino directed Bones and All from a script by David Kajganich. The film is based on the original book by Camille DeAngelis. Timothée Chalamet and Taylor Russell play Lee and Maren, a pair of cannibal lovers who take a road trip across the United States. The film also stars Mark Rylance, Michael Stuhlbarg, Andre Holland, Chloe Sevigny, David Gordon Green and Jessica Harper.

Bones and All will be released in US cinemas on 18 November 2022. There is no information on a domestic release date yet.
