Zendaya to Become a Fremen Rebel Again in the Desert: The Third Episode of the Dune Series is in Preparation!

MOVIE NEWS – “If Denis asks me to join a movie, I will always say yes” – Zendaya is ready to return for the third part of Dune.

The movie “Dune: Part Two” is set to be released soon, featuring Zendaya reprising her role as Chani. In the first installment, her role was not very prominent (as water is a rare commodity on Arrakis), but in the sequel, she is promised a significantly more substantial part. Denis Villeneuve, who returns as the director, also plans to adapt Frank Herbert’s “The Messiah of Dune,” although this might take some time, as he may want to take a break after two parts and work on other projects (though the screenplay is almost ready).

The likelihood of a trilogy finale is high, especially since “Dune: Part Two” seems to be garnering significant interest, evidenced by the crash of the largest American cinema network’s website/application due to the influx of people during ticket presales. The film’s cast recently participated in a group interview organized by Fandango, where Zendaya was asked if she would return to this world for a third Dune film.

“Would I return? I mean… Of course! If Denis asks me to join a movie, I will always say yes. I’m excited to see what happens. I started reading ‘The Messiah of Dune’ but then I realized: ‘Oops, we’re only filming the first movie, better focus on that for now!'” added the actress, indicating the complexity of the material. A lot happens in it, and the project couldn’t be in better hands than with Denis, who truly loves this world and cares for it.

“I’m very excited to finally see [the third part]. You could say I’m on pins and needles. But we have to wait for Denis to be ready. He always strives for perfection in many ways and doesn’t like to share things until they are fully developed. So I respect that and will wait until he is ready.”

Dune: Part Two” is set to hit the cinemas on February 29, 2024.
