Project T: Fans can Help Develop the Game [VIDEO]

Midwinter Entertainment’s PvE action-horror game is being published by Behaviour Interactive, known for Dead by Daylight, and Project T will take place in the same world.

Project T is in the very early stages of development, so it won’t be released anytime soon. In it, players take on the role of Trespassers: rough-and-tumble characters who have been torn from their realities and trapped in The Entity’s realm. There, in an ever-changing region called The Backwater, they discover they must work together if they have any chance of survival. The Trespassers will quickly discover that they’re not alone. The Backwater is home to terrifying monstrosities known as The Thrall.

These horrors come in many forms and have varying deadly abilities. Their origins and nature are unclear, but they certainly don’t take kindly to trespassers. To accomplish their goals, players will have to fight the Thrall with every weapon at their disposal. Players looking forward to this all-new take on the world of Dead by Daylight won’t have to wait long for more development news.

You can sign up for the Insider Program at the second link below. Applicants will be actively involved in the development of Project T. They will have access to exclusive previews (there will be closed playtests), in-game rewards, and since Project T is far from the finish line, they will be able to provide feedback early on. This is a good approach because it allows the developers to quickly tailor the project to the audience.

Midwinter Entertainment was acquired by Behavior Interactive just two years ago, in mid-May 2022. The studio’s developers previously worked on the Halo and Battlefield IPs and put together a free-to-play survival shooter called Scavengers, which launched in early access in May 2021 and is no longer available for purchase on Steam: the developers turned their attention elsewhere…
