Atlas Fallen: A Subtitle and a Big Update for Deck13’s Action RPG [VIDEO]

Deck13 and Focus Interactive will soon deliver a major update to the fantasy action RPG, which will receive a new subtitle, new areas, enemies, progression mechanics, voice and dialog, a new Game+ mode, and a redesign of the game’s early hours.

Deck13’s commitment to Atlas Fallen shines through with Reign of Sand, delivering a comprehensive update that overhauls a number of gameplay mechanics and core game features, along with various pacing and quality-of-life improvements. Available to all PC and console owners at no additional cost, this update is a direct result of valuable community feedback. An expanded world, new enemies, revamped progression, new quests. The world of Atlas Fallen is enriched with this major, completely free update! Enjoy new voice acting from the talented Ben Starr (FF XVI, Warframe), a revamped campaign, and face even more formidable creatures armed with 25 new Essence Stones. Continue your adventure with the long-awaited New Game+ feature and challenge the gods with the new Nyaal’s Nightmare difficulty mode. Many more surprises and improvements await you in this content-rich new version of the game!

On August 6th, Atlas Fallen will become Atlas Fallen: Reign of Sand. As a replacement for the base game, this major, completely free revision will be available as an update on all platforms, ensuring that every player, whether current, returning, or new, can dive into the enhanced version of the game. While you’ll be able to carry over your old character’s progress, such as equipment and loadouts, to Reign of Sand, we highly recommend starting a new playthrough to get the most out of all the new features and enhancements.

Atlas Fallen: Reign of Sand will thus be the new title of the game, as it will take the place of the base game and future buyers will have access to it. Deck13 has already provided a release date for the update, so it will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC on Steam on August 6.
