A Big Day For Modern Warfare 3 Fans – Finally Happening, What Many Have Been Waiting For!

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is officially available on Xbox Game Pass starting today.

Confirming recent news, Microsoft announced on Tuesday that Activision’s popular FPS will be joining the subscription service on Wednesday, July 24, which is today. One of the big results of the Activision Blizzard acquisition is the future arrival of Modern Warfare 3 and others on the service.

The game will be available through Game Pass for Console, PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate.

Modern Warfare 3 will be the first Call of Duty game to join Game Pass. As recently revealed, Black Ops 6 will be the first Call of Duty title to be immediately available on the subscription service on its release date, October 25, 2024.

Earlier this month, Microsoft raised the prices of Xbox Game Pass and announced plans to introduce a new subscription tier called Standard, which does not include Day One releases. The platform owner is also reportedly looking into the possibility of introducing more new Game Pass levels.

If true, these include cloud-only and ad-supported tiers. As well as potentially the return of the family subscription option that was previously tested in a limited number of countries.

Titles arriving on Game Pass earlier this month include Magical Delicacy, Flock, Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn, Dungeons of Hinterberg, and Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess.
