Is Final Fantasy XVI Finally Coming to PC?! Here’s the Strongest Evidence Yet!

Nvidia’s latest driver update practically announced that Final Fantasy XVI is coming to PC…

After more than a year of waiting, the release of Final Fantasy XVI on PC may be just around the corner! Square Enix officials reported back in March that the PC port was in the “final phase of optimization,” but we haven’t heard anything about it since then. Now, it looks like Nvidia has made a mistake that hints at the imminent arrival of the game. The company’s latest update (Game Ready & Studio Driver 560.81) contains a profile for RPG. This is a sure sign that the graphics card manufacturer is already working on supporting the title.

Final Fantasy XVI is about to dispel any doubts

Although the new information about Final Fantasy XVI temporarily calms fans waiting for the PC version, we still have many questions. It would be nice to know in which stores it will be sold, how much it will cost, and whether it will include DLCs. Hopefully, Square Enix will answer these questions soon. Two events can be marked in the calendar. One is Gamescom, which starts on August 20th with an opening hosted by Geoff Keighley and runs until August 25th. The other is the Tokyo Game Show, which is September 26-29. takes place between

The release of Final Fantasy XVI on PC aims to introduce the series to a new audience.

The developer admitted that its recent titles sold less than expected. This is partly due to closing the gates by making the releases exclusive to the PlayStation 5. In this sense, it is an excellent opportunity for both creators and publishers, as well as users. The former can recover part of the lost income, and the latter can play one of the most exciting RPGs released last year.

Hopefully, once FFXVI is released on PC, the developer will also announce Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Although it hasn’t been confirmed yet, it wouldn’t be surprising if the second part of the remake follows a similar path as the last game in the series…
