Hugh Grant Trolling Again, this Time about Bridget Jones

MOVIE NEWS – It has been known for a long time that Hugh Grant loves to troll, for example his interview before the 2023 Oscar gala, when he made fun of Ashley Graham, who was trying to interview him.

The British actor gave an interview about his latest film, Bridget Jones: Insanity, in the manner of the cunning girl in the fairy tale, that is, he said something, and he didn’t. The production completed recently is the fourth in the series of Bridget Jones films. Although the details of the plot are not known, it can be known that the widowed, two-child Bridget (Renée Zellweger) still did not give up on romantic adventures, of which, of course, Grant played by Daniel Cleaver also takes part.

Eternal troll Grant didn’t hold back when Entertainment Weekly asked him to share his impressions of the new production. “It’s basically about how hard it is for a woman to raise two children on her own, but it’s all laced with Bridget Jones comedy elements, so it’s all terribly sad and depressing, while also being incredibly funny. I have to say that I played my scenes through a veil of tears.”

Bridget Jones: To Madness will of course be a Valentine’s Day attraction in cinemas. And yes, Colin Firth also returns in the role of Mark Dracy, despite the fact that he sadly passed away in the novel on which the film is based. The solution is waiting for you in cinemas until mid-February.
