New Steam Deck Rival Announced: That’s What Acer Nitro Blaze 7 Has to Offer, But Is It Worth the Price?!

TECH NEWS – Although some crucial details are yet to be confirmed, we already know the specifications of the Acer Nitro Blaze 7.

The success of the Steam Deck has led many brands to create their own gamer handhelds. Asus and Lenovo were the first to enter this midway market between consoles and PCs. They offer exciting products that can compete with Valve’s devices. Now another giant of the computer market presents its product. After two years of planning, Acer has confirmed that it is jumping into the gaming arena with the introduction of the Acer Nitro Blaze 7.

The machine with an IPS panel boasting a resolution of 16:9 (1080p) and a refresh rate of 144 Hz boasts exciting specifications. A Ryzen 7 8840HS processor powers it and has the same integrated Radeon 780M GPU as so many other devices. With 16 GB of RAM, up to 2 TB of storage depending on the model, and a good battery, it seems to be somewhere in the middle. In terms of performance, there are weaker options on the market today, but there are also slightly more striking ones, such as the ROG Ally X.

Judging the Acer Nitro Blaze 7 is impossible as the price has not yet been made public.

Knowing its abilities will be critical to making the right conclusion. The specs are interesting, and some aspects catch your eye, like the processor or the fact that it has two USB C ports: one on the top of the console and one on the bottom.
