The organizers are expecting ten thousand visitors, nearly 100 exhibitors and more than 50 speakers for the TECHXPO 2024 event, which aims to make East Central Europe an outstanding international technology as an event, create an opportunity to present the region’s innovative solutions and connect the region’s technological ecosystem.
The event will thus provide an opportunity for domestic, regional and global companies to present their latest services and products to both the business-economic, political-diplomatic sphere and consumers. TECHXPO 2024 also provides a comprehensive picture of how the human and tech worlds can meet and coexist efficiently, forward-looking and sustainably. The event also demonstrates the many points at which representatives of companies, nations, and continents can cooperate in a world driven by digital technology; be it culture, innovation or sustainability.
TECHXPO 2024 is therefore a conference, exhibition and fair at the same time, where professional actors, businesses using technology and customers can meet technological innovations and solutions that change everyday life.
E-sports, digital citizenship, e-mobility: topics moving on a wide scale
The program of the four-day technology show conference awaits professionals with the topics of digital citizenship and digital society, European competitiveness, responsible and sustainable digitization, the role of women in the digital transformation, cyber security, and mobility and e-mobility. The highlighted element of the theme is the presentation of the digital citizenship program recently launched by the government, as well as the development of digital societies at the international and Hungarian level.
And in the exhibition space, visitors can come across a number of exciting technological innovations, which will present innovative solutions for everyday life, focusing on digital citizenship and the digital world, mobility, e-mobility and the technology behind them, specifically focusing on women. In addition, in tune with the Christmas season, the show will feature many new smart devices and entertainment electronics products.
In the framework of the exhibition, some countries of special importance will also present their innovative power and technological knowledge. TECHXPO also hosts the official after party of PlayIT, the country’s largest gamer event.
An outstanding opportunity for the domestic and regional tech sector
The primary goal of TECHXPO 2024 is to join the series of events related to our country’s successive presidency of the European Union, and take advantage of the accompanying international attention directed at Hungary, to provide a special introduction and relationship-building opportunity for the domestic and Central and Eastern European technology sector. The strategic objective of the organizers is to connect the business and geopolitical actors of the East and West: to create and provide a common platform for companies to dialogue and cooperate, promoting technology transfer and knowledge sharing.
TECHXPO’s main strategic partner is Ringier Hungary. In this way, the organizing team will primarily build on the international knowledge, experience and network of contacts of the company with a Swiss background, as well as the fact that it reaches almost every Hungarian household through Ringier’s media products and has an extensive network of corporate contacts in our country as well.
Since 2003, ITBUSINESS, which participated in the organization of the event, has been the leading opinion-forming business newspaper of the domestic IT market. The mission of the magazine is to form a bridge between the suppliers of the IT market, the users of IT products and services, and the decision-makers of professional policy, by translating the opportunities offered by constantly changing technologies into a language that can be easily understood.
In parallel, the organizers are already preparing for next year’s event, which, after this year’s introductory event, will be an even larger-scale international expo, in connection with which negotiations are ongoing with the exhibitors, as well as with actors from the research and development, education and scientific sectors.
