314 Arts and Maximum Entertainment have set the date for their entry into the zombie gaming armada with a game that features the letter Z to outline what it has to offer.
Experience the intense action of battling the undead in this thrilling first-person zombie shooter with robust character progression and extensive weapon customization. Set during World War II, take on fast-paced missions or explore the terrifying island in free-roam mode as one of four survivors, each with their own unique abilities and role in four-player co-op. Shoot, loot, craft, survive.
Play as one of four characters, each with their own special abilities, devastating weapons, and distinct role in co-op play. Upgrade characters through custom skill trees to turn these survivors into ferocious zombie killers. Build and customize a variety of weapons to reduce zombies to rotting pieces of flesh. Scavenge for supplies and blueprints to upgrade rifles and melee weapons at the Hideout Workbench to best suit your play style. Use weapon modifiers to make your firearms even more powerful.
After completing a level, jump into free-roam mode to further explore the mysterious island to fight terrifying zombies, find loot and blueprints, take on side missions and more! Team up with other survivors in a thrilling online co-op mode for up to four players! Take on missions, battle hordes of the undead, and scavenge for resources and blueprints together. The blueprint crafting system is at the heart of Project Z and influences nearly every other game mechanic. Blueprints are needed to build weapons, shops, structures, equipment, and more.
Find refuge from the island’s deadly enemies by heading to the survivors’ secret hideout. From here, you can upgrade characters, craft and customize weapons, take on side missions, and set up shops to buy and sell items. Upgrade these shops to unlock even better equipment and weapons. Make your Hideout a home by building structures and other cosmetic items. Survive day to day on the island by looting its valuable resources for weapons, medical supplies, ammunition, blueprints, and more. Sell looted items in the shops or use them on yourself. Be sure to return to the hideout safely after collecting loot, as items are lost upon death.
Project Z: Beyond Order is scheduled for release in Spring 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC (Steam).
