Armie Hammer Could Return?! Actor Accused of Cannibalism Reveals His Next Project…

MOVIE NEWS – Armie Hammer knows some are “going to f**king hate” his comeback project…

Disgraced actor Armie Hammer is finally stepping back into the spotlight, with plans to launch a podcast that will chronicle the Call Me By Your Name star’s innermost thoughts during his dramatic fall from grace, when he was hit with multiple allegations of misconduct and abuse in 2021. Although only one episode has been released so far, it seems Hammer is already expecting a response to the project, dubbed The Armie HammerTime Podcast, as he recently took to Instagram to address his would-be critics.

After being ostracized from Hollywood following public accusations of sexual misconduct by multiple women, Hammer has largely flown under the radar. In fact, he even took a job as a vacation rights salesman in the Cayman Islands to support himself. But after three years of relative radio silence, it seems Hammer has finally grown tired of the simple life.

Variety reports that The Armie HammerTime podcast — available on most major audio platforms, including Spotify and Apple Podcasts — marks Hammer’s first return to the public eye. It serves as a personal journal for the former star, in which he shares his thoughts and feelings. “I’ve been gone for the last four years and now I’m back. What are you gonna do? So it’s going to be a sort of journal, or a chronicling, of putting my life back together,” Hammer says. But given the heated debate surrounding his original flop, Hammer might not be too far off the mark when he predicts an adverse reaction to his podcast.

“Some of you are going to love this and some of you are going to f**king hate it.”

Although an investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department officially cleared Hammer of all criminal charges in 2023, the actor has never been able to regain his good name in the eyes of the public. One of the main obstacles seems to be the sheer lack of credibility of the allegations against him, as in 2021, several women came forward claiming that Hammer indulged in sadomasochistic and cannibalistic fantasies about them during their relationships, which, however, could not be proven. In the wake of the allegations, cannibal jokes appeared en masse, officially branding Hammer as a Hannibal Lecter impersonator. Hammer has had a hard time shaking off this stigma ever since – although he has seemingly accepted it on his podcast, the project description states: “Don’t worry…we feed him before every episode.”
