Latest Steam Sales: 6200 Games At Up To 90% Off – Here’s Our Selection of Seasonal Titles!

This year’s “Steam Scream Fest” runs until November 4th and features a vast selection of not only scary titles…

Here are the (two) magic words that will brighten up any PC gamer’s day: Steam sale! And today is one of those days when it’s worth taking out your wallet and visiting Valve’s digital store. Because the long-awaited “Steam Scream Fest” has begun. Despite its name, the sale applies to all kinds of games. Although the central theme is Halloween horror, the prices of a number of RPGs, exploration titles, strategy experiences and many other games are also reduced.

As is customary with Valve’s campaigns, the offers will only be available for a limited time; to be more precise, the initiative ends on November 4th at 7:00 PM CET.

That means we have a whole week to evaluate the latest sales and choose which games will be added to our digital library.

In total, we’re talking about a sale that offers up to 90% off over 6,200 titles. If you’d like to spend some time browsing the endless shelves of games available on Valve’s store, we recommend you head over to Steam and check out the sale prices. In any case, we’ve rounded up a few titles that fit the “spooky season” and might be worth checking out if you haven’t already:

  • A Plague Tale: Requiem for €19.99 (previously €49.99). If you’ve played A Plague Tale: Innocence and are craving more, consider that siblings Amicia and Hugo continue their adventures in A Plague Tale: Requiem, which is now 60% off on Steam.
  • Alan Wake for €2.49 (previously €12.49). Want to jump into the Alan Wake saga after seeing the success Remedy had with the recent Alan Wake 2? Then you’ll be happy to know that the first title in the series is available on Steam for less than 5 euros.
  • Alien: Isolation for €9.99 (previously €39.99). A classic in any horror genre. Best of all, Creative Assembly has already confirmed the development of a sequel, so there’s no better time to dive into this survival horror franchise.
  • Atomic Heart for €23.99 (previously €59.99). A shooter set in a utopian Soviet Union where humans coexist with all kinds of robots. Of course, all of this turns into a festival of shooting, mutants, terrifying machines, and more in a matter of minutes.
  • Back 4 Blood for €5.99 (previously €59.99). Many players considered Turtle Rock’s shooter to be the spiritual successor to the legendary zombie FPS Left 4 Dead. If you’re looking to spend Halloween with a similar experience, don’t forget that this title is now on sale for 90% off.
  • Days Gone for €12.49 (previously €49.99). Many players enjoyed this experience on PS4, so its PC release has also received much praise. Take on the role of Deacon St. John and survive in this hostile open world.
  • Dead Space Remake for €17.99 (previously €59.99). Looking for a good dose of horror in a sci-fi setting? You’ll be happy to know that the Dead Space remake is 70% off during Steam’s Halloween Festival, which is a great opportunity to relive this adventure on the USG Ishimura…
  • Dying Light 2: Stay Human – Reloaded Edition for €23.99 (was €59.99). The world has been overrun by the infected, so you’ll have to figure out how to survive with what you have. Use rudimentary weapons, parkour your way around threats, and try to stay alive. This edition also includes the Bloody Ties DLC.
  • The Evil Within 2 for €5.99 (was €29.99). Many gamers are hesitant to think about The Evil Within, as it’s a beloved franchise that can make even the most hardened gamers’ hair stand on end. If you want to discover why Tango Gameworks has won the hearts of the community with these titles, don’t forget that the second part is available at an 80% discount.
  • The Quarry for €8.99 (previously €59.99). Would you rather spend the most terrifying night of the year with a cinematic gaming experience? Then The Quarry is the best choice, because here you can experience a scary movie, with everything that goes with it: decision-making, suspicion between the characters and so on.
