Warcraft Returns?! Blizzard Makes a Happy Announcement Regarding All Three Games! [VIDEO]

Blizzard is bringing back its iconic strategy series Warcraft, releasing “fully remastered versions” of the first two games, as well as a 2.0 patch for the third instalment’s Reforged version…

Blizzard is celebrating Warcraft’s 30th anniversary with some great initiatives, many of which revolve around the World of Warcraft MMORPG and its 20th anniversary. The team hosted a stream full of new features and surprises to flesh out their vision for the event further. These include announcing and releasing “fully remastered versions” of Warcraft: Orcs & Humans and Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness.

The strategy titles are back with a stylish makeover; Blizzard has been working on graphical and gameplay improvements to bring the experience up to modern standards. And the best part is that these projects came practically from scratch: they were announced at the Warcraft event and immediately started selling! Both games are available on Battle.net, with the Remastered version of the first part costing €9.99 and the second €14.99. The Remastered Battle Chest, which contains the trilogy in its most recent version, costs €39.99.

Warcraft 3: Reforged 2.0 is here

Blizzard has a surprise in store for Warcraft 3: Reforged fans. It’s true that the strategy title had a shaky debut and disappointed the community back in 2020 with a lot of bugs and shortcomings. However, the development team wants to breathe new life into it with version 2.0, which includes several fixes and innovations.

In short, Reforged brings a large handful of improvements in the form of updated scenarios, fully customizable visuals, and much more. Moreover, the game will now allow users to enjoy the experience in different graphic modes, including classic and remastered views. The initiative aims to regain the attention of strategy fans.
