Masters of Light: Experience the Magic on PlayStation VR2! [VIDEO]

Lately, it’s become common for games released for Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 2 to show up elsewhere…

 

Coven’s game is the next in the series, as Masters of Light first appeared on Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 2 on May 16th. It’s probably been an exclusive for six months, as Coven is now bringing it to PlayStation VR2. A SteamVR version is also planned by the studio, but a studio spokesperson was unable to provide any information on when that port would be released.

Shadows threaten the galaxy and it’s up to you to join the fight! Feel the pulse of Masters of Light, an electrifying action game where you challenge yourself and other players with the superpowers of light. Complete 36 levels with unlimited replay, upgrade five skills, and become a superhero – the ultimate Master of Light. Unleash your inner badass in virtual reality with pinpoint accuracy thanks to eye-tracking-enhanced aiming.

Feel the thrill of every attack with the haptics of the PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers, and amplify the intensity of each battle with headset vibrations – making every fight uniquely immersive. Fight, train and dance to our intense synthwave soundtrack as you explore stunning VR environments. Climb the leaderboards and unlock tons of trophies. The galaxy needs you! Will you be strong enough to face what awaits you at the heart of the Black Hole?

Masters of Light offers two ways to play: handheld or controller. It also features three difficulty modes (Easy / Normal / Hard), five superpowers to master and upgrade (including freezing time), seven types of enemies, 20 trophies to unlock, 36 levels, and leaderboards to challenge your friends and unlock new achievements. It also features unlimited replay to improve your score! The game will be available in English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese and Simplified Chinese.

Masters of Light will be available for PlayStation VR2 on December 18th.
