The first days of winter have arrived, and with it, the long-awaited Operation Holiday 2025 event has begun in World of Tanks. This traditional holiday event – which runs until January 13th – promises intense action, fantastic gifts and valuable in-game rewards. The festive excitement is provided by a special star guest: world-famous actor Jason Statham.
Players will find a completely renovated holiday village – a snow-covered wonderland with an icebreaker, atmospheric bridges, and a lighthouse. Upon logging into the game, tank crews will receive their first gift: the T3E2 Medium Tank, a premium Tier III American tank with a fully trained crew and a garage slot.
Jason Statham will be waiting at the headquarters to give special assignments and combat missions. The actor, known for his unparalleled charisma, will spice things up a bit and take the excitement to a new level. By completing these, tank crews will unlock celebrity-inspired rewards, including three signature 2D styles, unique decals, and inscriptions. Players will also be able to acquire Jason Statham as a tank commander, who will stand out with his unmistakable voice and commanding appearance. The real prize for collectors is the “British Steel” 3D style for the Tier X Centurion Action X tank – the perfect combination of toughness and elegance.
The real highlight of the Holiday Operation is Winter Assault, a brand new, fun game mode set in a paper wonderland. Inspired by a holiday board game, it transforms the battlefield into an arena filled with icy challenges, holiday-themed attractions, and plenty of festive rewards.
Three teams of five compete to collect gifts with unique paper tanks, each with different roles and abilities. Commanders can collect gift coins to unlock exciting goodies, including a whole new type of vehicle customization – 3D attachments. Running for three weekends starting December 13, Winter Assault promises to be an exciting mix of strategy and holiday fun!
