Kingdom Come: Deliverance II: How Will Warhorse Studios Expand the Saga After Launch? [VIDEO]

Warhorse Studios and Deep Silver have detailed what content the upcoming medieval, indoor action-RPG will receive after its upcoming release.

 

Free updates will be coming in the spring, including the Barbers feature, which will allow you to customize the appearance of your protagonist, Henry. For those looking for more of a challenge, a Hardcore mode is coming. Those who want to improve their riding skills can race horses and even discover hidden surprises. A paid DLC, Brushes with Death, is coming this summer. It will take you on a thrilling quest as Henry seeks the help of a mysterious artist with a shady past. Journey through the lands of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. Prepare for perilous encounters and unravel a web of dangerous intrigue.

Another story DLC, Legacy of the Forge, is coming this fall. Delve into Henry’s roots and discover the legacy of his adoptive father, Martin. Work to restore the once-famous Forge and prove your blacksmithing skills as you uncover the forgotten stories of the past. And in winter, the third paid DLC, Mysteria Ecclesia, will take us to the Sedlec Monastery, where intrigue runs deep. Tasked with a secret mission, Henry must navigate the complex dynamics of the region, uncover hidden truths, and navigate a maze of conflicting interests. In addition to the story DLC, there will also be a number of free quality of life upgrades to further enhance the gameplay experience.

So, Warhorse Studios will be getting three DLCs, and they will be released seasonally starting in the summer (averaging about every 3 months), making an already prolific game even more so. There are still questions about how the pricing will work, but we’ll definitely hear about that in time. Hoy Roman Emperor Sigismund will be our nemesis.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II will be released on February 4th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store).
