Shift Up’s title will be published by Sony on PC (PlayStation Publishing), so the chances of the South Korean game being represented on the Xbox series are currently very slim…
Save humanity from extinction as the critically acclaimed action-adventure game Stellar Blade storms onto PC. Experience blistering combat and a twisting storyline as you unravel the mysteries of Earth’s demise. Developed by Korean studio Shift Up and optimized for PC. The future of mankind hangs in the balance on the edge of a blade. Ravaged by strange, powerful creatures, Earth has been abandoned, and what remains of the decimated human race has fled to a colony in space.
After traveling from the colony, Eve arrives on the desolate remains of our planet with a clear mission: to save humanity by reclaiming Earth from the Naytiba – the malevolent force that has ravaged it. But as Eve takes on the Naytiba one by one, piecing together the mysteries of the past in the ruins of human civilization, she realizes that her mission is far from simple. In fact, nothing is as it seems…
Engage in blisteringly fast combat as you carve your way through what remains of the Earth. Unleash graceful yet brutal attack combos, unlock new moves and weapon upgrades, and face epic boss encounters that will challenge both your brains and your brawn. Immerse yourself in a highly detailed post-apocalyptic world that blends beauty and horror to spectacular effect. Unravel a gripping story of human destiny with mature themes, thought-provoking storytelling, and emotionally-charged revelations from start to finish.
Stellar Blade is also getting a Goddess of Victory: Nikke DLC, which will of course also be available on PlayStation 5. This is no extra effort for Shift Up, as the third-person shooter/action RPG available for Android, iOS and PC is also the work of the South Korean studio. Stellar Blade will be released sometime in June (exact date not yet known). It was released on PlayStation 5 on April 26th last year.
