Pigface: Hotline Miami, but as a 3D FPS? [VIDEO]

Titolovesyou and DreadXP promise an “ultra-violent” and fast-paced game, but don’t expect it on consoles just yet.

You are Exit, a terrifying woman with a dark past. But now, you must do even worse things for someone who might be even scarier. They know your secrets, and they’re not afraid to use them to force you into becoming their hitwoman. Complete brutal missions, buy black market gear, and expand your arsenal. Equip and switch between various masks—each granting unique abilities—tailoring the chaos to your style. Whether it’s guns blazing or silent infiltration, there’s one rule: finish the job.

Your mysterious employers have work for you. Undertake sandbox-style missions to earn money, purchase weapons, armor, and gear, and gradually uncover the truth behind those pulling the strings. Pigface emphasizes replayability, aggressive pace, and gritty action, all wrapped in a visual style that steps beyond pixel art to deliver a raw, immersive FPS experience.

Many comparisons will be drawn to Hotline Miami—fast, gory, mask-wearing madness—but where Dennaton’s cult classic offered a top-down 2D romp, Pigface goes full 3D first-person mayhem. Despite the homage, it confidently carves its own identity through visual fidelity and mechanical variety.

Currently, Pigface is only announced for PC. No release date has been shared, nor have the developers confirmed console versions for PS5, Xbox Series, or Switch 2. A 2026 launch seems plausible, but for now, it’s speculation.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
