GTA 5 Hits a New Peak With the DLSS 4 Update

MOVIE NEWS – Nearly 12 years after its original launch, Rockstar’s open-world phenomenon is still pushing boundaries. The PC Enhanced edition of Grand Theft Auto V has now received support for Nvidia’s DLSS 4 technology, delivering a sharper, faster, and smoother experience for Michael, Trevor, and Franklin’s crime-filled adventure.

Grand Theft Auto V refuses to fade into history. The latest update enhances the PC Enhanced version with Nvidia’s DLSS 4 support, targeting owners of GeForce RTX 50 and 40 series GPUs. This upgrade boosts frame rates, reduces latency, and enhances visual fidelity all at once.

According to Nvidia’s official statement, DLSS 4 is now also available in Hellblade 2 Enhanced, Supraworld, and Titan Quest 2. The tech works through two methods: Multi-Frame Boosting (exclusive to RTX 50 series) and Single-Frame Boosting (for RTX 50 and 40 series).

DLSS is a set of AI-driven neural rendering technologies that generate additional frames, allowing for higher FPS, lower input lag, and improved image quality. When combined with other Nvidia tools such as DLSS Ray Reconstruction, DLSS Super Resolution, and DLAA, it creates an even smoother and more visually impressive gaming experience.

The Spotlight Is Already on GTA VI

While the GTA V update is welcome, the gaming community’s eyes are already fixed on GTA VI. Rockstar and Take-Two have set a May 26, 2026 release date for PS5 and Xbox Series, and analysts predict that Lucia and Jason’s story could rank among the three best-selling games of all time within days of launch.

Rumors suggest a €90–€100 price tag, but industry insiders believe Rockstar will recover costs primarily through GTA Online’s ongoing revenue stream. Take-Two’s CEO simply stated that the company’s mission is “always to offer more value than what we charge.”
