Bart and his friends have targeted another game as well, but we will focus primarily on Battle Royale.
The Fortnite x The Simpsons crossover elevated the game to Chapter 6, Season 5. Battle Royale players can visit Springfield Island. According to the developers, this provides a fast-paced experience that gets back to the game’s basics. New Simpsons-themed gameplay additions and cosmetic items will be released in the store every week.
Original animated shorts created in collaboration with Gracie Films and Epic Games will introduce weekly map updates. The first short is already available in Fortnite—open the Quests tab and select the Animated Shorts menu. You can also find it on the game’s social channels and on Disney+. Apocalypse D’Oh premiered on November 1, followed by Sugar High on November 10, Multiplidiocy on November 17, and The Incredible Bulk on November 24.
The Springfield Battle Pass includes premium rewards, including costumes for Homer, Marge, Flanders, Blinky Fishstick, and Springfielder Peely. Since it’s the weekend, you can also check out Delulu mode, which features new Simpsons-themed weapons—just be prepared for possible betrayals. In Fortnite Battle Royale, get ready for a series of Springfield tournaments, including Victory Cups, where you can win money for every Victory Royale you achieve in Round 2. Fortnite Sidekicks also debut this season and can be purchased in the shop as Peel. More Sidekicks will arrive on Friday, November 7.
The Simpsons family has also appeared in Epic’s other big online game, Rocket League. Until November 17, Rocket League players can complete challenges to earn Springfield-themed rewards. Keep your eye on the ball with the Blinky Topper, hide after a loss with Homer’s Hedges Player Banner, roll out the Waste Wheels, and more. There’s also an unlimited challenge worth 20,000 XP each time.
