The Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra include new sensors and AI-driven algorithms that improve the accuracy and detail of Workout Tracking, Heart Rate Monitoring, and Blood Pressure Measurement. These data can be tracked through the Samsung Health app on smartphones, enabling users to train more effectively and enhance their health. The alerts can even help prevent serious health issues in both the short and long term.

The AI-based Energy Level feature offers a more comprehensive understanding of one’s health by analyzing personal health data. AI evaluates sleep habits, such as average sleep duration and continuity, daily routines, and heart rate variations during sleep, to calculate a score for the next day. This helps users make informed decisions about their activities: high scores suggest full energy for the day, while lower scores may encourage more rest, relaxation, or meditation.

Wellness Tips provide motivational advice and guidance to achieve individual goals, supporting fitness or general health maintenance. For office workers, Samsung Health’s reminders can be especially useful, encouraging movement or hydration to meet personal goals.

Beyond fitness and well-being, Galaxy AI enhances communication. The Suggested Replies feature, available on the Galaxy Watch7 and Watch Ultra, provides intelligent response options with just one touch. Users can quickly reply to messages without typing extensively, whether for work or personal matters. This feature integrates with messaging apps like Samsung Messages, Google Messages, or Messenger, offering context-aware responses based on the current conversation.

Enhanced Communication and Music Listening

AI also brings unique features to the Galaxy Buds3 and Buds3 Pro earbuds, supporting users’ everyday lives. These earbuds feature Galaxy AI-powered Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation and Ambient Sound Detection. They automatically adjust to environmental noise levels for clear and uninterrupted music or calls. The adaptive noise cancellation distinguishes human speech, lowering noise cancellation when the user starts speaking for more natural communication.

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro optimizes sound based on individual hearing profiles for an ideal audio experience. With Adaptive EQ and Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology, Galaxy AI enhances music listening by amplifying details of users’ favorite tracks. It adjusts sound based on ear shape and how the earbuds are worn.

Additionally, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro uses Automatic Noise Adjustment to adapt audio settings to the environment. For example, if it detects a siren from an ambulance, fire truck, or police car, the earbuds switch to Siren Detection mode, allowing ambient sounds through. However, when passing by a noisy construction site, the ANC activates to block out external noise.

Galaxy AI also bridges potential language barriers during verbal communication, such as while traveling abroad. While translations can be viewed visually through the Samsung Galaxy phone’s Interpreter feature, conversations can be heard in real-time through the Galaxy Buds3 Pro or Buds3 earbuds. Activating the listening mode is as simple as long-pressing the earbuds, after which they translate the speaker’s words. For conversation mode, users can point the phone’s microphone toward the speaker and briefly press the earbuds to listen to real-time translations.
