MOVIE NEWS – Reception for Nobody 2 has been overwhelmingly positive, with opinions ranging from enthusiastic praise to amused approval. Audiences recognize the machine behind the movie, but still admit that the film is so well made it can’t be ignored. Bob Odenkirk once again nails the role of the ex-hitman turned suburban dad, who this time finds himself harassed while on vacation—with inevitable consequences.

Bob Odenkirk has built a remarkable career, and the future looks even brighter. As a comedic writer and performer, he rose to fame with groundbreaking crime dramas Breaking Bad and its spinoff Better Call Saul, before transforming himself into the unlikely action hero of Nobody. Thanks to the success of that film, he’s now a bankable star, and there’s even speculation that Better Call Saul might continue, bringing Odenkirk back to television.

In the series’ final scenes, Saul ended up behind bars, and Odenkirk isn’t quite sure how he’d be released. “Of course I’d love to play that character again,” he told Today. “That role changed my life, and I’ve never poured so much energy into a part.”

The actor also hinted that Nobody 2 could spawn not one but two more sequels. If it’s up to him, he won’t be out of work anytime soon.
