Pathologic 3: Release Date and a New Demo [VIDEO]

After months of anticipation, the third installment of Pathologic has received a new demo, and Ice-Pick Lodge and HypeTrain Digital are participating in Steam Next Fest.

Pathologic 3 continues the cult series about a mysterious plague in a distant steppe city. This psychological detective story puts you in the shoes of Daniil Dankovsky, a metropolitan physician who arrives to meet an “immortal” man but is forced to lead the fight against the epidemic and save the city in just 12 days. You are a doctor with only 12 days to save a town from a mysterious plague. Make ruthless decisions and diagnose with precision. Shape the town’s future and rewrite the past. Hold yourself together while it all falls apart.

Daniil Dankovsky, the bachelor, arrives in the city of Gorkhon. He wants to meet an immortal man. We’ll see you at the point of arrival. We’ll be waiting on the platform to help with his luggage. This is a new introduction to the full game with entirely unique content that the developers haven’t shown anywhere before. Explore the streets of Town-on-Gorkhon and its “impossible” architecture. With memorable characters and meaningful choices, you decide who to save.

You are a doctor searching for the truth. Examine and question patients to spot lies and make accurate diagnoses. During fieldwork, search homes and districts to solve the city’s mysteries. Localizations are available in English, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, German, and Italian. As a beta option, there is also full controller support.

The Pathologic 3 demo is now available on Steam as part of Steam Next Fest. The game from Ice-Pick Lodge will also be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, but the release date for these ports is not yet known. However, the release date for the PC version is known: January 9, 2026. Pathologic 3 could be one of the first interesting games of the year.
