Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes: Nightmares in First Person [VIDEO]

Iconik and Bandai Namco have announced the release date for their virtual reality horror game.

Dark Six embarks on a haunting journey to reclaim what was lost: herself. The only way to escape a monstrous fate is to reunite with her other self. For the first time, we can experience the unsettling world of Little Nightmares in first person, through our own eyes, in VR. Every sight, sound, and shadow becomes part of your reality, pulling you deeper into a warped place where the boundaries between nightmare and truth blur. Every interaction with the environment reveals intricate puzzles, hidden paths, and secrets buried in the dark.

Step into a distorted world where childhood fragility collides with grotesque scale. Every corridor, every room, and every object feels slightly wrong, drawing you deeper into a reality that defies logic and comfort. Danger is always lurking in the shadows. An oppressive unease hangs over everything, never letting up, and every move forward feels risky. Behind the fear, there’s a mystery. This journey isn’t only about survival, but about rediscovery – searching for the missing part of yourself. Strange new locations and terrifying enemies await, yet familiar fragments also surface, hinting at deeper truths. As clues tied to Six’s story and the enigmatic Transmission emerge, questions of identity and belonging rise to the surface. Why are you here? What is your purpose in this twisted world?

Every solved puzzle and every uncovered secret brings you closer to confronting the core of your existence and putting the pieces back together. The unsettling environments you cross are filled with echoes of past events, whispers of hidden connections, and signs that your journey is part of something larger. Facing these mysteries means confronting not only external threats, but the haunting reality of your own transformation.

Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes launches on April 24 for PlayStation VR2, Meta Quest, and SteamVR.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
