Street Fighter 6 Year 4 is ready for another year of pulse-pounding pugilism, with four new characters arriving to showcase the meaning of unbridled strength. The Year 4 roster features the iconic special guest Tifa from the Final Fantasy VII Remake series; the brand-new fighters Yasmine and Arjun; and Bosch, the second protagonist of World Tour.
Yasmine, who will be available in the summer, is a high schooler from the Philippines who joins the fight to search for her long-lost brother. Despite her shy and gentle demeanor, she beams with confidence when she uses her crescent-shaped karambit knife to swiftly dance around her opponents, just as her lolo taught her. Arjun follows in the autumn. He uses his extraordinary lung capacity, combined with yogic breathing, to unleash explosive power with his unique bare-knuckle yoga techniques. Arjun worked as a police officer in India but was accused of killing a colleague. Now, he lives on the run while searching for the true culprit.
Tifa is a highly skilled Zangan-ryu martial artist and a member of the Avalanche resistance group. She will arrive in early 2027. During her travels with her companions, she is unexpectedly transported to another world, where she meets and forms bonds with new fighters. She excels in close-range combat, combining martial arts techniques with unique powers called Abilities. Bosch will follow in the spring of next year. He left his home nation of Nayshall to find the true meaning of strength and won the sacred martial arts tournament. His travels brought him to Metro City, where he trained with Luke, incorporating modern combat methods into Nayshall’s ancient warrior techniques.
Tifa is joining the game, and the timing isn’t a coincidence; she will definitely appear in Street Fighter 6 before Final Fantasy VII: Revelation. We already covered this news the other day… Street Fighter 6 will be available on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2, PC, and PlayStation 4. The DLC characters will undoubtedly be available on all platforms.
