We’ve known about it for a while now: Assassin’s Creed will receive a Jack the Ripper DLC eventually, focusing on this character’s story. (And we have a very suspicious guess about who this person is going to be. However, we do not want to spoil it for you – we might be wrong in the end.) Now, Ubisoft has published a brand new trailer and a release date as well for this upcoming DLC.
The story will play in 1888, twenty years after the main game’s events. We will control Evie Frye (yep, just her!), who has to track down and find the serial killer, who killed five women around Whitechapel. The trailer has that usual Ubisoft-style quality, drama, music and everything else in its place, including the release date, as well.
The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions will get the DLC on December 15. The PC version will get it a week later, on December 22. We wonder where Jacob is throughout the story. Where do you hide, Jacob? Why aren’t you present in the video?
Interesting, I think the developers worked well with this part of the game.
