You can’t deny the fact that Shadow Warrior 2 has some style. This is one of the reasons why Lo Wang‘s return looks to be very promising. Despite all the good intentions, Wang’s efforts to eliminate the darkness has backfired, and a new, distorted, corrupt world has come to life where humans and demons live together. This situation has to change.
Blades, bullets, and a ton of kills with a large bowl of style poured all over the gameplay – this is how we can describe Shadow Warrior 2. Flying Wild Hog and Devolver Digital (the developers and the publishers, respectively) will have a four-player cooperative gameplay for us as well, so the new weapons can hit (or even pass through) the enemies more than ever before. We won’t see a lack of violence, blood, ambiance, and excitement; that’s for sure.
The game will be out later this year for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. After Hard Reset, and the first Shadow Warrior, this is what we have grown to expect from the devs.
