MOVIE NEWS – Bill Hader was quite surprised how It: Chapter Two is full of emotions.
Hader, who will perform as an adult version of Richie Tozer in the film (which is set 27 years after the first one – the kids-turned-adults are returning to Derry), said the following about It: Chapter Two: „It’s really great. It’s very emotional. The cast is amazing… It’s really scary obviously, but I was surprised at how emotional it was. It’s really a story about these people and this kind of trauma that they all went through.”
Andres Muschetti‘s film is currently in post-production (the shooting is complete – now it’s time to edit it, fill it up with visual effects, and the like), and going by Hader’s comment, the characters in It: Chapter Two will go through some significant development… and since It became the highest-grossing R-rated film, it will have a ton of pressure on its shoulders. At least Bill Skarsgard will reprise Pennywise’s role.
It: Chapter Two will hit the cinemas next September.
