Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain: Konami’s another effort to be even more lame succeeds!

We already knew about that Hideo Kojima is departing from Konami and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be his final game there. It won’t stop the company from making new episodes though, although the fans are all admitting to avoid those, as those games won’t have Kojima’s work involved at all.

This is topped by Konami’s recent move, which involves the boxart of The Phantom Pain. They not only removed the Kojima Productions logo (which is weird, because at the end of the E3 demo, Snake put a KojimaPro badge on himself…), but they also deleted the „A Hideo Kojima Game” text from above the game title.

This is all despite Kojima creating Metal Gear. Now the question is, will the game be affected by this, or not? Knowing Konami, we should probably expect the worst. We will see that on September 1, as that is the release date of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain for both the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation 3.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title.
