On the PC, Goat Simulator ended up quite successful in an unexpected fashion, because the players were able to take control of a goat and create havoc and destruction. After seeing that, it’s not surprising to see Double Eleven and Coffee Station Studios work on console versions for these goats. Now, they announced the release date of the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation 3 ports of Goat Simulator: you will be able to pick them up from August 11!
But what’s up with this time different between the PC and the PS release dates? The PC versions were requiring big rigs, and even those ended up crashing and running on low framerates. But now, with the help of Lucid Games, they managed to get two goats on the PS3 and four on the PS4 to run simultaenously! And of course, there’s the „simulated GoatVR” technology, which will not require a headset. This will debut on the PlayStation platforms. Yeah… it sounds kinda weird. But then again, the game itself is crazy as well. Just look at those pictures below!
