If we think of dinosaurs battling humans, first we think of Jurassic Park. And then, Dino Crysis pops into our minds after some thinking. Soon, there will be another game jumping into this list, this is going to be Primal Carnage: Extinction, which will hit the PlayStation 4 in just a few short weeks.
Originally, this game would have been a single player affair by Lukewarm Media, who stopped development in 2013, which was continued by Circle 5 Studio, renaming the game from Primal Carnage: Genesis to its current name, as well as turning it into an online multiplayer title, which is going to launch on October 20 on PS4.
There will be five types of dinos (Dilophosaurus, Novaraptor, Pteranodon, Carnotaurus, Tyrannosaurus Rex) and five human classes (Scientist, Commando, Pathfinder, Trapper, Pyro). The game modes are the following: Team Deathmatch, Get to the Chopper (that sounds like something Arnold Schwarzenegger said…), Survival and Free Roam. So we can wander around freely, or complete certain objectives in order to get to da choppa and escape from the island.
Looks interestiing by the launch trailer, hopefully the development hell won’t be that present in the game’s quality. (However, it looks a bit… ugly, isn’t it?)
